Crank up the oven to 425°F to get it hot.

Throw the pasta, marinara, water, and meatballs into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on some salt.

Cover tightly with foil and pop it in the oven for about 35 minutes.

Give it a stir and see if it's cooked enough. Let it bake more if it needs extra time.

Spread the mozzarella all over the top.
