Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon Mixture

01 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
02 - 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 lb salmon without skin, cut into bite-sized cubes
05 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers
07 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Sauce

08 - 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
09 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon water (add more or less to find the right texture)
11 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (add extra for more heat)
12 - 1.5 teaspoons honey
13 - 1/2 cup light mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Stir all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl (or shake them up in a jar). Keep it cold in the fridge until you're ready to use it. Adjust thickness with extra water if you'd like.
02 - Turn on the air fryer and let it heat up to 400°F. Combine the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
03 - Dry the salmon pieces using paper towels. Toss the cubes in a bowl, spray lightly with cooking spray, then evenly coat them in the seasoning mix.
04 - Spray your air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Lay out the coated salmon cubes in one layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket midway through. Make sure the salmon is done but still juicy.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these simple salmon bites over rice, in a salad, or alongside any sides you like.
02 - It's easy to adjust the bang bang sauce texture—just add more or less water until it's how you want it.
