Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb of ground beef.
02 - 12 ounces of bowtie pasta.
03 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
04 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
05 - 1 small onion, chopped finely.
06 - 1 cup of beef broth.
07 - 14.5 ounces of diced tomatoes (1 can).
08 - 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
09 - 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
10 - Salt and black pepper, to your liking.
11 - 1 teaspoon of paprika.
12 - Fresh parsley for adding on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta following the package instructions until it's just right (al dente). Drain and set aside.
02 - Warm up the oil in a skillet, then cook the onion and garlic for a few minutes until fragrant and soft.
03 - Cook the ground beef in the skillet until it's browned all over, about 5-7 minutes. Remove extra fat if needed.
04 - Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it gently bubble for 5 to 10 minutes.
05 - Mix in the cream and shredded cheese. Stir it well until everything is melted and comes together.
06 - Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir it around to coat everything evenly, then let it cook another 2-3 minutes.
07 - Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and enjoy it while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in other types of short pasta shapes.
02 - Feel free to include veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers.
03 - Thin the sauce by adding a little more broth, if needed.
