Toss the fresh or frozen berries into a slow cooker (crock pot).

Use an immersion blender to blend half the mixture. The other half stays chunky to give it some texture.

Let it cook for 3-4 hours on the low setting, making sure to stir it every hour.

Mix in 2 tablespoons of honey or your preferred sweetener. Stir gently so it blends in well.

Pop it in the fridge, where it'll stay good for up to two weeks.
