Cookie Monster Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of blue gel coloring (AmeriColor suggested)
03 - 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
04 - 1 pint (about 2 cups) of thick whipping cream

→ Mix-ins

05 - 15 chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
06 - 20 crumbled Oreos

# Instructions:

01 - With a hand or stand mixer, whip the thick cream, vanilla, and blue food coloring until it holds peaks nicely.
02 - On a slow setting, blend in the sweetened condensed milk until everything’s smooth. You can tweak the blue color by mixing in more food coloring, if needed.
03 - Carefully mix in the chopped Chips Ahoy and Oreo pieces. Pour it into a loaf or 8-inch cake pan and sprinkle some cookie chunks on top for flair.
04 - Seal the pan with cling wrap or a lid, then freeze it solid for at least 6 hours (overnight works even better).
