Blue Superfood Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 2 baby romaine heads (swap for one large head of romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce if you like)
02 - 6-8 celery sticks, trimmed and leaves discarded
03 - 3 green apples (like Granny Smith) or any other tart variety

→ Superfood Powder

04 - 1–2 tsp of blue spirulina powder

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse all your produce well under cool water. If your juicer has a smaller chute, slice everything into easy-to-fit chunks. Otherwise, leave it whole.
02 - Feed the produce pieces through your juicer. You can strain the juice into a big container if you want, but it’s optional.
03 - Stir in the blue spirulina powder with a whisk, milk frother, or blend it quickly so it mixes fully with the juice.
04 - Pour the drink over some ice and enjoy it right away!

# Notes:

01 - This cooling drink is packed with nutrients, blending fresh veggies and fruit with blue spirulina. Use more spirulina if you want a bolder blue shade.
02 - While apple seeds are safe in this amount, feel free to remove them if you’d rather not include them.
