Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of breakfast sausage.
02 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 8 whole eggs.
04 - 1 1/2 cups cream or milk.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
06 - 24 ounces of frozen tater tots.
07 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
02 - Cook sausage in a skillet, breaking it apart as it browns, then drain off the grease.
03 - Stir the eggs, cream, and spices together until combined.
04 - Spread frozen tater tots in the pan. Top them with sausage and cheese, then pour the egg mix on top.
05 - Cover the pan with foil. Bake for about 40 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking 15-20 more minutes.

02 - Cream works better than milk for richness.
