Brie Apple Puffs

# Ingredients:

1 puff pastry sheet.

2 small apples, thinly sliced, peeled, and cored.

4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small 1-inch chunks.

1 egg, beaten lightly.
# Instructions:

Set the oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper on your baking pan.

Slice the puff pastry into 16 squares and spread them out on the pan.

Add 3-4 apple slices plus a piece of brie on top of each square. Gently fold the corners in and pinch them.

Lightly coat the pastries using the beaten egg.

Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they're golden and puffed up. Eat while warm.
