Brie Apple Puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 puff pastry sheet.
02 - 2 small apples, thinly sliced, peeled, and cored.
03 - 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small 1-inch chunks.
04 - 1 egg, beaten lightly.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper on your baking pan.
02 - Slice the puff pastry into 16 squares and spread them out on the pan.
03 - Add 3-4 apple slices plus a piece of brie on top of each square. Gently fold the corners in and pinch them.
04 - Lightly coat the pastries using the beaten egg.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they're golden and puffed up. Eat while warm.
