Melt butter in a medium pan on medium heat and cook until you smell something nutty and see a golden color, about 5-10 minutes. Let it cool for a bit, around 5-10 minutes.

In a big bowl, stir the butter and brown sugar together. Toss in the bananas, milk, egg, and both extracts, then mix until smooth.

Carefully stir in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Go easy so you don’t overdo it!

Gently mix in most of the sprinkles, keeping a few handfuls for putting on top. Pour it all into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the rest over the top.

Bake in a 350°F oven for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.

Leave the bread in the loaf pan to cool for at least 30 minutes before you cut it up.
