Buffalo Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling for Chicken

01 - 3 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (store-bought rotisserie works great)
02 - 1/2 cup of hot buffalo sauce (try Frank's)
03 - 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
04 - 2 tablespoons of honey for sweetness
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves
06 - A sprinkle of ground black pepper

→ Cheeses

07 - 2 cups of grated mozzarella (low-moisture works best)
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded fresh

→ For Assembly

09 - A pack of King's Hawaiian Rolls, 12 pieces
10 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted down
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
12 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Cover your baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl.
03 - Cut the rolls in half horizontally. Lay just the bottom layer on your lined pan.
04 - Spread chicken blend evenly on the bottom buns. Sprinkle both cheeses on. Add the top buns back on.
05 - Stir melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning together. Brush most of it on the bun tops.
06 - Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes to heat and melt everything. Take off foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
07 - Brush with leftover butter mix if you'd like. Let it cool for a minute or two, then slice and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when eaten fresh out of the oven.
02 - Keep leftovers in an airtight box for up to 2 days.
03 - Reheat in oven at 325°F for 10-15 mins or pop in microwave for 30 seconds at a time.
