Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup heavy cream.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 12 ounces fettuccine pasta.
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
05 - ½ cup chicken broth.
06 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.
07 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped finely.
08 - 1 pound chicken breasts, skinless, and sliced into small chunks.
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or herb mix.
10 - 2 tablespoons butter for cooking sauce.
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced for the sauce.
12 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated finely.
13 - Fresh parsley for sprinkling on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Salt your water, bring it to a boil, cook pasta till soft, then drain it and leave it aside.
02 - Heat up some oil in a wide skillet, toss in the chicken chunks, and cook them for 6-8 minutes till nice and browned. Take them out for now.
03 - Using the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic till it smells amazing. Stir the chicken in and coat everything evenly.
04 - In another pan, gently cook garlic in some melted butter, pour in cream and chicken broth, and let it bubble softly. Stir in Parmesan and whisk until fully mixed.
05 - Mix your pasta into the creamy sauce. Lay the cooked chicken on top and finish with a little parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best eaten right away while everything's creamy and warm.
02 - Any kind of pasta will work fine if you don’t have fettuccine.
