Caramel Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of butter (2 sticks).
02 - 9 ounces of oyster crackers (1 pack).
03 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
04 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup of brown sugar.
06 - Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 350°F. Lay out the crackers in one layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
02 - Melt the butter in a pan, then mix in the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Let it boil for a couple of minutes to thicken.
03 - Drizzle the caramel over the crackers, making sure they get an even coat. Sprinkle salt on top.
04 - Bake for 7 to 9 minutes while keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
05 - Allow everything to cool all the way, then break it into pieces. Keep in a container with a tight seal.
