Heat the oven to 350°F. Lay out the crackers in one layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Melt the butter in a pan, then mix in the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Let it boil for a couple of minutes to thicken.

Drizzle the caramel over the crackers, making sure they get an even coat. Sprinkle salt on top.

Bake for 7 to 9 minutes while keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Allow everything to cool all the way, then break it into pieces. Keep in a container with a tight seal.
