Caramel Marshmallow Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers
02 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
03 - 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits or unwrapped caramel candies
04 - 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
05 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
06 - 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, gently mix Rice Krispies with melted caramel and marshmallows until everything is evenly coated.
02 - Using a medium pan on low heat, slowly melt caramel candies with heavy cream. Stir non-stop until smooth.
03 - Pull the pan off the burner and stir in marshmallows. Keep mixing until they’re fully melted and blended.
04 - Let the mix cool a bit. Grease your hands, grab small portions, and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment or wax paper.
05 - Cover each ball with crushed graham crackers and, if you like, chocolate chips. Let them set before eating.
