In a big bowl, gently mix Rice Krispies with melted caramel and marshmallows until everything is evenly coated.

Using a medium pan on low heat, slowly melt caramel candies with heavy cream. Stir non-stop until smooth.

Pull the pan off the burner and stir in marshmallows. Keep mixing until they’re fully melted and blended.

Let the mix cool a bit. Grease your hands, grab small portions, and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment or wax paper.

Cover each ball with crushed graham crackers and, if you like, chocolate chips. Let them set before eating.
