Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 eggs
02 - ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
04 - ½ cup cottage cheese (full fat)

→ Garnish

05 - A pinch of dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F/177°C. Get a quarter sheet pan, line it with parchment, and lightly spray it.
02 - Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder until everything is creamy.
03 - Pour your blended mix into the pan and make sure it’s evenly spread. Add oregano on top and cook for 30-40 minutes until the color deepens.
04 - Wait about 5 minutes before using it as a pizza base or wrap.

# Notes:

01 - If your cottage cheese is watery, drain it well first.
02 - Start checking at 30 minutes in case your oven runs hot or cold.
03 - Works beautifully as a pizza crust or flatbread wrap.
