01 -
Turn on your oven to 375°F and let it heat up.
02 -
Cut parchment to match your Hawaiian roll pan. Flatten the ground beef into a rectangle on the parchment, slightly larger than the pan since it'll shrink while baking.
03 -
Sprinkle seasoned salt and pepper over the beef. Slide parchment and meat onto a baking tray, then bake for about 15-17 minutes, watching for clear juices to signal it's done.
04 -
As the beef cooks, keep your rolls connected. Slice them horizontally into a giant top and bottom layer. Melt butter and combine it with garlic salt for the topping.
05 -
When the beef is ready, drain the grease. Put the bottom layer of bread directly on the meat (upside down), and flip the whole thing onto another clean tray. Remove the parchment, add cheese slices, place the top bun layer, and brush everything with garlic butter.
06 -
Put it back in the oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are lightly toasted. Wrap in foil afterward for a steamy finish, slice into sliders, and serve hot!
