Cheeseburger Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 12 oz of pasta like macaroni or penne.
03 - 1 diced onion.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - A cup of ketchup.
06 - A cup of mustard.
07 - A cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - A cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
09 - A half-cup of heavy cream.
10 - Season with as much salt and pepper as you like.
11 - 1 tbsp of olive oil.
12 - Optional: crunchy pickles, more cheese, or crispy bacon bits on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salty water, then drain it and leave it aside when done.
02 - Start by cooking the onions and garlic in some oil. Add the meat, cook until no longer pink, and get rid of the grease.
03 - Warm the cream up, and little by little, add the cheeses while stirring until it's all melted and creamy. Add salt and pepper at the end.
04 - In a big bowl, stir together the cooked pasta, meat, ketchup, mustard, and your cheesy sauce.
05 - Put everything into a dish that's been greased, sprinkle on more cheese if you feel like it, and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
