Cook pasta in salty water, then drain it and leave it aside when done.

Start by cooking the onions and garlic in some oil. Add the meat, cook until no longer pink, and get rid of the grease.

Warm the cream up, and little by little, add the cheeses while stirring until it's all melted and creamy. Add salt and pepper at the end.

In a big bowl, stir together the cooked pasta, meat, ketchup, mustard, and your cheesy sauce.

Put everything into a dish that's been greased, sprinkle on more cheese if you feel like it, and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
