Cheddar Bay Beef Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 yellow onion, chopped up.
02 - 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef.
03 - 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
05 - 10 1/2 ounces of cheddar cheese soup.
06 - 10 1/2 ounces of mushroom cream soup.
07 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
09 - 2 cups of milk.
10 - 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
11 - 1 box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix.
12 - 1/4 cup of melted butter.
13 - Parsley, to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F. Cook the ground beef in a pan with the onion until the meat's browned.
02 - Stir the soups, milk, a cup of cheese, and spices into the beef. Move it all to a 9x13 pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
03 - Combine the biscuit mix with milk and cheese until smooth. Pour the mix right over the beef layer.
04 - Pop it in the oven and cook for 50-55 minutes, until the biscuit topping looks golden. Brush with buttery seasoning while warm.
05 - Give it 5 minutes to sit before digging in. Add a sprinkle of parsley if you'd like.
