Cheesy Pepperoni Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 cup dry-style shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - A handful (around 50) of pepperoni slices, small size
03 - 2 spoonfuls of Italian-style dried herbs

→ Optional

04 - Add marinara sauce for dipping if you'd like

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 350°F, then lightly oil your mini muffin tin.
02 - Put 3 or 4 pepperoni slices on top of 2 to 2 1/2 spoonfuls of cheese in each muffin spot. Sprinkle the herb mix over them.
03 - Let them bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes, then carefully take them out.

# Notes:

01 - Try different cheeses—just go for ones that won’t release too much liquid.
02 - For extra crunch, swap in Parmesan and cook at 400°F instead.
03 - Regular-sized pepperoni slices work fine as a substitute.
