# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
02 - 1 pound sausage, uncooked
03 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 3 cups Bisquick mix

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and cover a baking tray with parchment.
02 - In a food processor or mixer, toss together the sausage, Bisquick, cheeses, milk, garlic powder, and cayenne. Blend it all up until it's evenly mixed.
03 - Roll the mixture into small balls and arrange them on the parchment-lined tray.
04 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for around 15 minutes, or until they're golden. Let them sit for a bit before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - These cheesy sausage bites are crispy outside and soft inside—great for breakfasts, snacks, or get-togethers.
02 - Freeze the uncooked balls by letting them firm up in the freezer for 15 minutes, then toss them into freezer bags. Defrost ahead of cooking.
03 - Feel free to add more spice, try other cheese types, or mix in fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
04 - Leftovers last 3 to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
