Cherry Vanilla Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 1 cup of water
02 - 1/2 cup of milk (your choice of type)
03 - 1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 tsp loose leaves

→ Flavorings

04 - 1 or 2 teaspoons of vanilla syrup
05 - A handful of fresh cherries, pitted and cut in half (around 4-5)
06 - Optional: Cinnamon stick for extra flavor
07 - Optional for iced version: Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - In a small pan, cook the cherries with a splash of water (about 2 tbsp) over low heat for a few minutes until softened. Gently press to get the juices out.
02 - Heat 1 cup of water to boil. Let the Earl Grey sit in the water for 3-5 minutes. Then take out the bag or strain it if using loose leaves.
03 - Mix the milk into the cherry mixture in the saucepan, including the optional cinnamon stick if you like. Stir gently while heating.
04 - Pour some vanilla syrup into the milk-cherry blend. In a cup, mix together the brewed tea and strained milk mixture. Push the cherries to get all that juice out. Stir everything around.
05 - Serve right away while it's hot. Or, let it cool and add ice if you're in the mood for a chilled version. You can toss some cherries or a cinnamon stick on top to make it look fancy.

# Notes:

01 - This creamy tea blends Earl Grey's zesty notes with cherries and vanilla for a treat that's great warm or cold.
