# Ingredients:

01 - Two big, skinless chicken breasts without bones
02 - A tablespoon of olive oil
03 - One teaspoon of oregano, dried
04 - Season with pepper and salt as preferred

05 - Half an English cucumber, sliced into crescent shapes
06 - Four handfuls of romaine, chopped up
07 - One tiny red onion, sliced thin
08 - A cup of halved cherry tomatoes
09 - Half a cup of pitted Kalamata olives

→ For Serving

10 - A couple of cups of tzatziki
11 - Half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
12 - Half a cup of pre-made Greek dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Pour olive oil into a grill pan and warm it over medium-high heat. Rub the chicken with some oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until it reaches 165°F inside. Let it sit for a bit before slicing.
02 - In a big bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and olives together. Stir in the Greek dressing to coat everything evenly.
03 - Lay the cooked chicken pieces over the tossed salad. Add tzatziki and sprinkle the feta on top to finish.
