Cake Mix Santa Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles in red, white, and green.
02 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips, plus extras for the top.
03 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
04 - 2 egg whites, large.
05 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
06 - 1 package of white cake mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Blend the cake mix with oil, egg whites, and flour until smooth.
03 - Toss in 3/4 cup chocolate chips and stir gently.
04 - Scoop out dough and roll into small balls about 1-2 inches wide. Leave some space between them on the baking tray.
05 - Lightly press the balls to make them about half an inch thick.
06 - Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips and festive sprinkles over the top.
07 - Pop them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Don’t let them cook too long.
08 - Wait 2 or 3 minutes before carefully moving them off the baking tray.

# Notes:

01 - Only egg whites are used to keep them lighter in color.
02 - Take them out on time for a softer bite.
03 - Add sprinkles and extra chips ahead of baking.
