Set your oven to warm up at 150°C (300°F).

Crack eggs and separate yolks from whites, placing them in two bowls.

Grab an electric mixer and whip the egg whites with the baking powder until stiff tips stand up.

In another bowl, stir together the cottage cheese and yolks until smooth.

Gently mix the yolk-cheese mixture into the egg whites in small amounts. Add salt and herbs carefully so the batter stays fluffy.

Use a spoon to make 6 small rounds of batter on parchment paper on a baking tray. Place in the oven, and cook for about 20 minutes, watching it closely during the last 5 minutes.
