Jello Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg.
02 - 1/2 cup melted salted butter.
03 - 1 cup white sugar.
04 - 17.5 oz snickerdoodle cookie mix.
05 - 3 tbsp powdered jello in green.
06 - 3 tbsp powdered jello in red.
07 - 3 tbsp powdered jello in blue.
08 - 3 tbsp powdered jello in yellow.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and cover a baking tray with parchment.
02 - Stir together the egg, melted butter, and cookie mix.
03 - Split the dough into four separate portions.
04 - Work the jello powder into each dough portion individually.
05 - Measure out 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie, then coat with sugar.
06 - Bake for 10-13 minutes until the tops are set.
07 - Leave the cookies to cool on the tray for 3-5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Sugar-free jello works here too.
02 - They stay fresh for 3-5 days at room temp.
03 - Freeze them for as long as 6 months.
