Crazy Italian Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwiches

01 - 6 oz deli meats (ham and turkey, or sliced chicken)
02 - 12 small slider buns
03 - 4 slices provolone cheese
04 - 3 oz turkey pepperoni

→ Fresh Vegetables

05 - 1/3 sweet onion or red onion
06 - 1/2 cup banana pepper slices
07 - 1/2 green bell pepper
08 - 1 head of romaine lettuce

→ Garlic Butter

09 - 1 small garlic clove, minced finely
10 - 1 tbsp melted butter

→ Italian Dressing

11 - 1 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
12 - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
13 - 1 tbsp olive oil
14 - 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
15 - 1/2 tsp Italian herb mix
16 - 1 small garlic clove, minced finely
17 - A pinch of salt (1/4 tsp)
18 - A sprinkle of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to heat up
02 - Lay parchment paper on a baking tray, slice slider buns into halves, and place them with the cut sides facing up
03 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic, then brush the mix over the tops of the buns
04 - Dice the deli meats. Layer them on the bottom halves of the buns and add the provolone slices on top
05 - Place buns in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown
06 - While buns bake, chop the romaine, onion, banana peppers, and bell pepper. Toss together in a bowl
07 - Stir all the dressing ingredients together until smooth, then mix it with the chopped veggies
08 - Pile the dressed veggies over the meats and cheese, put the bun tops on. Slice if needed, and serve right away

01 - Tastes best when served warm from the oven
02 - Feel free to switch up the deli meats - turkey, ham, or chicken work great
