Crack Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
02 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 pouch of Ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oven to 375°F (190°C). Either grease a baking sheet lightly or cover it with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder till the mix is smooth.
03 - Dip every chicken tender into the mayo blend, then press it into the crushed Ritz crackers to coat evenly.
04 - Place the coated chicken pieces on your baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, making sure they’re golden and the inside hits 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - You can switch mayonnaise for Greek yogurt or sour cream.
02 - For crunchier results, finish them off under the broiler for 1–2 minutes.
03 - Store any leftovers in the fridge for as long as 3 days.
