Crispy Air Fryer Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - Cod filets, 1 pound
02 - Pepper and salt, to your liking

→ Breading Station

03 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs, Panko style
04 - Flour, 1/2 cup
05 - Two eggs, large size
06 - Parmesan, finely grated, 1/2 cup
07 - 2 tsp of Old Bay
08 - Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
09 - Salt, 1/2 tsp
10 - Spray olive oil, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cod filets so they’re well-seasoned.
02 - Put together three shallow bowls: flour in the first, eggs (whisked with salt) in the second, and a mix of Panko, garlic powder, parmesan, and Old Bay in the third.
03 - Dip each piece of fish into flour, then into the eggs, and finish with a coating of the breadcrumb mixture.
04 - Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil. Cook the fish at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip them over, and continue for another 3-5 minutes until the thickest part hits 145°F inside.
