Put together three shallow bowls: flour in the first, eggs (whisked with salt) in the second, and a mix of Panko, garlic powder, parmesan, and Old Bay in the third.

Dip each piece of fish into flour, then into the eggs, and finish with a coating of the breadcrumb mixture.

Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil. Cook the fish at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip them over, and continue for another 3-5 minutes until the thickest part hits 145°F inside.
