Sweet Crispy Brussels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds of brussels sprouts.
02 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
03 - 2 to 3 sprigs of fresh thyme.
04 - 8 slices of bacon.
05 - A tablespoon of honey.
06 - A tablespoon of either cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
07 - Season with salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Trim the stems, remove any bad leaves, and cut the sprouts in half.
03 - Toss the cut sprouts with oil, thyme, chopped bacon, salt, and pepper directly on a baking tray.
04 - Lay the sprouts flat with the cut side facing down for better browning.
05 - Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
06 - Combine the honey and vinegar in a small bowl and mix well.
07 - Drizzle the honey mixture onto the sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
08 - Bake another 10 minutes and broil for 1 minute to crisp up.

# Notes:

01 - For crunchier sprouts, arrange with the flat side touching the baking tray.
02 - Make sure the pan isn't overcrowded.
03 - Either vinegar option works fine here.
