Air Fryer Pasta Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 cups of any cooked pasta you like (e.g., Barilla Rigatoni)

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
05 - Salt and pepper as much as you prefer
06 - ½ teaspoon Italian herbs mix
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the directions on the pasta package to cook it until just slightly firm (roughly 12 minutes). Drain it well and move it into a big bowl.
02 - Pour olive oil over the pasta and toss in Parmesan and all the seasonings. Mix around so everything is coated well.
03 - Heat the air fryer at 390°F (198°C) for about 2 minutes.
04 - Place the seasoned pasta evenly in the air fryer basket. Let it cook for 6 minutes at 390°F.
05 - Give the pasta a stir or shake it up, then cook for another minute or two until it's nice and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure pasta pieces are about the same size so they all cook evenly. Skip pieces that are broken.
02 - Keep an eye on it during the last cooking minutes to get it just crispy enough without burning.
