Coconut Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup coconut flakes with sugar, plus extra for dusting.
02 - 1½ cups of Cap'n Crunch cereal.
03 - 1 cup of white chocolate morsels.

# Instructions:

01 - Put the white chocolate in a measuring cup. Place the cup inside a pot filled with water up to the 8 oz mark. Heat on medium-low for 5-8 minutes, stirring now and then to melt it smoothly.
02 - Grab a big mixing bowl and toss in the cereal with the coconut. Drizzle the melted chocolate over it and stir thoroughly until everything is coated.
03 - Drop spoonfuls onto a lined tray, making them about snowball size. Sprinkle the tops with extra coconut for a little decoration.
04 - Let them chill in the fridge for at least 15-20 minutes. Wait for the chocolate to harden completely.

# Notes:

01 - Store in a sealed container if making ahead.
02 - Don’t let water touch the chocolate when melting, or it’ll clump up.
