Green Bean Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1⅓ cups crispy fried onions (reserve ⅔ cup for later)
02 - 4 cups green beans (pick from: 2 cans, a 16 oz frozen bag, or 1.5 lbs fresh)
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup

→ Flavor Add-Ins

04 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
05 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
06 - ½ cup milk

# Instructions:

01 - Spray your 9-inch square baking pan generously with cooking spray to make cleanup easier.
02 - Fresh beans? Rinse, trim, and blanch them in boiling water for two minutes. Canned? Just drain them thoroughly.
03 - Combine the mushroom soup and milk in a bowl, whisking until smooth. Stir in soy sauce for a savory boost.
04 - Toss your prepped green beans with ⅔ cup of the crispy onions and sprinkle in the pepper. Give it a good mix so it's evenly coated.
05 - Spoon the mixture into the sprayed pan, smoothing it out into an even layer.
06 - Air Fryer: Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, stir, sprinkle on the remaining onions, and cook 2 more minutes. Oven: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, stir, top with the remaining onions, and bake another 5 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Thanks to the naturally salty ingredients, you don’t need extra salt! Opt for unsalted soup and low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option if desired.
02 - If you’re making this during the holidays with other dishes cooking, it could need extra time to fully heat up. Make sure it’s warmed all the way through before serving.
