4 Ingredient Green Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 small celery sticks
02 - 6 cups of tender spinach leaves (180g)
03 - 2 cups peeled pineapple chunks (about 473g)
04 - 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse and dry celery and spinach completely if needed. Chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, removing the peel first. Ginger can stay as is or have the skin removed.
02 - Start with the ginger and spinach to make room, then load in heavier stuff like the pineapple chunks and celery sticks. If your juicer works one piece at a time, feed ingredients little by little.
03 - Switch on the juicer and let it do the work to extract juice from everything.
04 - Pour the juice into cups, toss in some ice if you'd like, and sip away. A glass straw adds a nice touch if you have one.

# Notes:

01 - Yields around 2 cups (500mL) of juice
02 - Tweak sweetness by using more or less pineapple and spinach
03 - Can be kept chilled in a sealed container for up to two days
04 - Shake it well before drinking if stored
