Rinse and dry celery and spinach completely if needed. Chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, removing the peel first. Ginger can stay as is or have the skin removed.

Start with the ginger and spinach to make room, then load in heavier stuff like the pineapple chunks and celery sticks. If your juicer works one piece at a time, feed ingredients little by little.

Switch on the juicer and let it do the work to extract juice from everything.

Pour the juice into cups, toss in some ice if you'd like, and sip away. A glass straw adds a nice touch if you have one.
