Easy Lasagna Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A whole pound of lasagna pasta.
02 - A spoonful of olive oil.
03 - One diced shallot.
04 - Minced garlic, two cloves.
05 - 16 ounces of ground beef.
06 - 8 ounces of Italian sausage.
07 - Four full cups of marinara.
08 - A scoop of Italian blend spices.
09 - About two handfuls of spinach.
10 - Ricotta, 2 cups.
11 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese—don't forget to keep some aside.
12 - A cup of parmesan cheese.
13 - Fresh basil leaves to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Snap noodles into small sections, cook so they're firm but tender.
02 - Toss spinach in a pan until soft, just for a couple of minutes.
03 - Mix the spinach with ricotta, adding a pinch of seasoning.
04 - Cook the beef and sausage together with minced garlic and diced shallots.
05 - Pour marinara into the meat mixture, season, then toss in noodles and some mozzarella.
06 - Spread everything evenly in the pan, then layer ricotta and the rest of the cheese on top.
07 - Pop it into the oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes until bubbly goodness emerges.
