Easy Cheese Dip

# Ingredients:

1 container (10 oz) butter or wheat crackers.

1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives (optional).

Half a jar (10 oz) of pepper jelly.

Two packs (5.3 oz each) of Boursin cheese, softened a little.

1 tablespoon of half-and-half.
# Instructions:

Toss the softened Boursin and half-and-half into a food processor. Blend for about 20-30 seconds until fluffy. Scrape down the sides if needed.

Smear the whipped Boursin evenly on a plate or serving dish.
03 -
If the pepper jelly seems stiff, warm it briefly to loosen it up. Pour it over the cheese and scatter chives over the top if you'd like.

Put out the crackers or pita chips and pair them with your dish.

Try swapping in a different Boursin flavor.
02 -
Replace half the Boursin with cream cheese to save a bit on cost.
