Easy Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 container (10 oz) butter or wheat crackers.
02 - 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives (optional).
03 - Half a jar (10 oz) of pepper jelly.
04 - Two packs (5.3 oz each) of Boursin cheese, softened a little.
05 - 1 tablespoon of half-and-half.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the softened Boursin and half-and-half into a food processor. Blend for about 20-30 seconds until fluffy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
02 - Smear the whipped Boursin evenly on a plate or serving dish.
03 - If the pepper jelly seems stiff, warm it briefly to loosen it up. Pour it over the cheese and scatter chives over the top if you'd like.
04 - Put out the crackers or pita chips and pair them with your dish.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping in a different Boursin flavor.
02 - Replace half the Boursin with cream cheese to save a bit on cost.
