Crack eggs in a bowl, whisk with some salt and white pepper.

Heat oil in a pot, pour in eggs, let them firm up for half a minute, then lightly scramble. Take them out.

Throw tomatoes into the same pot, stir and cook for a few minutes on medium-high heat.

Cook the white stalks of green onions for about a minute or two until tender.

Stir in the soy sauce, ketchup, and a pinch of white pepper until combined.
