Easy Air Fryer Fajitas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 chicken breasts without skin or bones (about 1 pound), sliced into strips
02 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into half-inch slices
03 - 1 red onion, chopped into wedges
04 - 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into half-inch slices
05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into half-inch slices

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 tablespoon of oil (vegetable preferred)
07 - 3 tablespoons of fajita spice mix

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Soft tortillas, warmed up
09 - Guacamole or sliced avocado
10 - Fresh pico de gallo

# Instructions:

01 - Get your air fryer ready by setting it to 390°F or 200°C.
02 - Pour oil on chicken strips and sprinkle them with the fajita blend. Add the veggies, then toss till everything's evenly covered in the seasoning.
03 - Arrange the chicken and veggies inside the fryer basket without cramming them in. Let them cook for 15 minutes, giving everything a shake halfway through.
04 - Enjoy while it's hot with tortillas, pico de gallo, and either avocado slices or guac.

02 - Don't overcrowd the fryer basket. It needs space for a nice roasted texture instead of steaming.
