Hot Feta Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz feta, sliced thin.
02 - A dozen phyllo sheets (use half a box).
03 - 1 stick and a half of melted butter.
04 - 1 tiny spoon of oregano (about ½ tsp).
05 - 2 pinches of red pepper flakes (2 tsp).
06 - A spoonful of honey (1 tbsp).
07 - Black sesame seeds to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F and set out those phyllo sheets (you'll need all 12).
02 - Lay out feta slices on the dough, sprinkle with red pepper and oregano, then drizzle a little honey over everything.
03 - Carefully roll the phyllo sheets tight, just like sushi, then slice them into smaller pieces.
04 - Coat your muffin pan with melted butter, pop the rolls in, brush their tops, and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
05 - Bake for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden. Let them cool just a bit before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in the fridge for up to three days.
02 - Add some extra honey on top when serving for a sweeter touch.
