Set oven to 400°F and lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Carefully pull apart each biscuit into two halves. Smear each piece with a bit of horseradish sauce.

Take half the biscuit layers and top with roast beef and a slice of provolone. Place the other biscuit layers on top and press the edges to close them up.

Arrange them on the tray you prepped earlier and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crispy.

As they bake, mix the au jus according to the instructions on the package.
