# Ingredients:

→ Greens & Seeds

01 - 1 big handful of spinach leaves (or kale if you like)
02 - 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (only if you want)
03 - 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

→ Fruits

04 - 1 medium banana, cut into slices, fresh or frozen
05 - 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or from the freezer

→ Liquid

06 - 1/2 cup plain coconut milk (or use almond or regular milk)

# Instructions:

01 - Start by tossing everything into your blender: banana slices, pineapple pieces, spinach, flax seeds, chia seeds, and your choice of milk. Run it on high speed for roughly a minute until it looks completely smooth.
02 - Pour the mixture into two cups and enjoy right away.

02 - To prep ahead, put all items except milk into freezer-safe bags. When you're ready to make, just dump them in the blender with milk.
