Jack Frost Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups of crushed ice.
02 - ¼ cup of shredded, sweetened coconut.
03 - 2 tablespoons of light syrup (corn).
04 - ½ cup of coconut cream (not the same as cream of coconut).
05 - 1 cup of juice from pineapple.
06 - 6–8 drops of blue coloring for food.

# Instructions:

01 - Spread the syrup on a small dish. On a separate dish, spread the coconut. First dip the rim of your glass in the syrup, then in the coconut flakes to coat.
02 - Toss the ice, pineapple juice, blue food coloring, and the cream of coconut into a blender. Put the lid on tight and blend it up until the mixture looks smooth.
03 - Want a deeper blue? Add a few drops of food coloring and blend again until the color is just right.
04 - Pour the drink into your freshly rimmed glasses and enjoy it right away.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to use cream of coconut, not plain coconut cream. It gives the right sweetness and texture.
02 - Serve it immediately while it's icy and slushy.
