Ginger Shot Immune Boost (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Items

01 - 2 whole lemons, cut into quarters and peeled
02 - 2 full oranges, peeled and divided into chunks
03 - A 2-inch piece of raw ginger, skin removed
04 - A 2-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric)
05 - 2-4 garlic cloves, peeled (optional)

→ Liquids & Sweet Stuff

06 - 2 cups of filtered water
07 - 1 tablespoon of raw honey
08 - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother included)
09 - A small pinch of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all the ingredients into a strong blender and mix until everything comes together smoothly.
02 - Put a fine mesh strainer over a big bowl and pour some of the liquid in. Use a spoon to push through the pulp while allowing the juice to drip through. Rinse the strainer when it gets clogged, then repeat a bit at a time.
03 - After straining, carefully pour the juice into a measuring cup with a spout. It'll make pouring easier.
04 - Grab a small funnel and carefully transfer the juice into your clean bottles. Leave just a tiny gap (about a quarter inch) near the top.
05 - Shake your bottle well before drinking. Either have some right after making it or take a shot the moment you feel a cold coming on!

# Notes:

01 - Keep stored in the fridge for up to seven days
02 - Awesome for boosting your immune system during cold season
03 - Try consuming it as a morning shot for the best results
