Greek Yogurt Healthy Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
02 - Salt, adjust as needed
03 - 1 cup of Greek yogurt (preferably 5% fat)
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ¼-½ teaspoon dried dill
06 - Juice from half a lemon or 2 tablespoons of vinegar
07 - 1-3 tablespoons water (optional, to make it thinner)

08 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

# Instructions:

01 - Pour everything into a container with a tight lid
02 - Close the lid and give it a good shake until smooth and fully mixed

# Notes:

01 - Use milk, plant-based milk, or buttermilk instead of water for a silkier texture
02 - Leave out water for a thick dipping sauce
03 - Garlic taste will get stronger as it sits
04 - Double the amount if swapping fresh herbs for dried ones
