Grinch Jello Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups of water.
02 - 1/2 ounce of plain powdered gelatin.
03 - One small drop of green gel coloring.
04 - A third of a cup of peppermint-flavored schnapps.
05 - A third of a cup of vanilla-flavored vodka.
06 - Whipped topping for decoration.
07 - Small heart sprinkles for finishing touch.

# Instructions:

01 - Get a rimmed baking sheet, and line it with your shot glasses or small plastic cups.
02 - Pour water into a medium pot, then stir in the gelatin, letting it sit untouched for 5 minutes.
03 - Warm the pot on low-medium heat so the gelatin melts, but don’t let it start bubbling.
04 - Take the pot off the heat, mix in the green food coloring, and whisk until smooth.
05 - Pour in the peppermint schnapps and vanilla vodka, stirring gently until it all comes together.
06 - Carefully fill each cup using a pitcher with a spout. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 4 hours to set.
07 - Right before serving, add whipped topping and a sprinkle or two of heart decorations.

# Notes:

01 - Swap unflavored gelatin for a lime-flavored kind if you like.
02 - For plain vodka, tossing in 1/4 cup of sugar will make it sweeter.
03 - Skip the peppermint schnapps if preferred.
