Get a rimmed baking sheet, and line it with your shot glasses or small plastic cups.

Pour water into a medium pot, then stir in the gelatin, letting it sit untouched for 5 minutes.

Warm the pot on low-medium heat so the gelatin melts, but don’t let it start bubbling.

Take the pot off the heat, mix in the green food coloring, and whisk until smooth.

Pour in the peppermint schnapps and vanilla vodka, stirring gently until it all comes together.

Carefully fill each cup using a pitcher with a spout. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 4 hours to set.

Right before serving, add whipped topping and a sprinkle or two of heart decorations.
