Cowboy Sliders Loaded (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Scrambled eggs from 6 large eggs
02 - One 12-pack of King's Hawaiian Rolls

→ Meats

03 - Cooked and crumbled bacon, about 1 cup (6 slices of thick-cut)
04 - 8 oz ground pork sausage, browned

→ Toppings

05 - 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (113g)
06 - Cowboy butter—melted and portioned in one recipe

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 350°F, then coat a 7x11-inch dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Cut those rolls in half and lay the bottoms in the dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter on them.
03 - Spread the eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese evenly over the rolls.
04 - Place the top rolls on and give them a generous brush with 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter.
05 - Cover with foil and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is gooey. Take off the foil and bake 3-5 minutes for golden tops.
06 - When they're hot out of the oven, brush on extra cowboy butter or serve it for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can serve these with extra melted cowboy butter on the side.
