Get your oven nice and hot at 350°F, then coat a 7x11-inch dish with nonstick spray.

Cut those rolls in half and lay the bottoms in the dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter on them.

Spread the eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese evenly over the rolls.

Place the top rolls on and give them a generous brush with 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter.

Cover with foil and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is gooey. Take off the foil and bake 3-5 minutes for golden tops.

When they're hot out of the oven, brush on extra cowboy butter or serve it for dipping.
