Beef Noodle Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 ounces ramen noodles.
02 - 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce.
03 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
04 - 1 large carrot, shredded.
05 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
06 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
08 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar.
09 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
10 - 1 cup bok choy, shredded.
11 - 1 medium onion, sliced.
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
13 - 3 green onions, chopped.
14 - 1 pound ground beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil ramen based on package tips—keep it slightly firm. Drain, then leave off to the side.
02 - Start by heating oil in a big skillet on high. Place beef in and let it brown without flipping for about 5 minutes. Then break it apart and toss it around.
03 - First toss in the onion and let it cook for a minute. Follow that with garlic, stir for 30 seconds. Add carrot and bok choy next, cooking until they soften just a bit.
04 - Throw the noodles into the wok, then pour in the oyster, hoisin, soy, sesame oil, and vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly so it’s coated evenly.
05 - Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top right before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days.
02 - Reheat with a bit of water to freshen it up.
