Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup of soy sauce or tamari.
02 - 1 pound of salmon, skinned, deboned, and diced into 1-inch chunks.
03 - 3 tablespoons of honey.
04 - 2 teaspoons of garlic, finely minced.
05 - A tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
06 - 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce, or 3/4 teaspoon of sriracha.
07 - 1 teaspoon of grated or minced ginger.
08 - A tablespoon of butter.
09 - Sesame seeds for topping.
10 - Cilantro, chopped, for decoration.
11 - Chili crisp oil to drizzle on top, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine honey, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce thoroughly. Toss salmon chunks into the mixture and let them sit for just 5 minutes.
02 - Set a big pan on medium-high heat and wait until the oil shimmers but doesn't smoke.
03 - Sear salmon for 2 minutes, then add butter. Flip the pieces and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
04 - Pour leftover marinade into pan and cook until it thickens. Use this to coat the salmon while cooking.
05 - Sprinkle sesame seeds and cilantro on top and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - It's possible to air fry this dish.
02 - Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Spicy level can be adjusted to taste.
