Immunity Shot Booster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 inches turmeric root, chopped up (or 2 tsp ground turmeric)
02 - 4 garlic cloves, crushed
03 - 2 lemons, squeezed for juice
04 - 2 fresh oranges, separated into segments
05 - 2 inches ginger root, roughly chopped

→ Liquids

06 - 1/4 cup of plain or coconut water
07 - 1/4 cup unprocessed honey
08 - 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)

→ Seasonings

09 - 1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
10 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
11 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Crush garlic cloves with a knife’s side. Wait about 10 minutes so it can sit before blending.
02 - Squeeze lemon juice into the blender. Break up oranges into slices and toss them in.
03 - Put every other ingredient into the blender. Keep blending until there’s no chunkiness left.
04 - Use a fine strainer to remove the solid parts. Push with a spoon to get all the liquid out.

# Notes:

01 - You’ll get about 3 tablespoons per serving.
02 - Freeze extras in ice cube trays for easier use later.
03 - For kids, dilute to half and sweeten with extra honey.
04 - Drink a few times weekly for regular care, or daily for 4-5 days if under the weather.
