Kafta Kebabs Lebanese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 bunch parsley, dried after washing
02 - 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
03 - 600g ground beef, lean cut

→ Seasonings

04 - A pinch of cayenne, or more if you like it spicy
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of seven spice mix
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Blend parsley and onion in a food processor until everything is in tiny pieces.
02 - In a big bowl, mix the ground meat with the blended parsley and onion. Sprinkle in all the spices and work it with your hands until it's all even.
03 - Take a skewer and press the meat around it, shaping into thick sticks about 1-1.5 inches wide.
04 - Heat up your grill to medium-high and lightly oil it. Cook the kebabs for 4 minutes on one side, then flip and repeat until cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour before grilling.
02 - Allspice works fine if you don’t have seven spice mix.
03 - You can flatten these into patties and bake them at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
