# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs crescent roll dough, 8 oz each
02 - 2 smoked sausages or kielbasa, 12 oz each
03 - 4 oz cream cheese
04 - 1 cup grated cheese of your choice
05 - 2 tsp poppy seeds

06 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
07 - ⅓ cup butter, melted
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tbsp brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F and give a large baking tray a light coat of non-stick spray.
02 - Lay out one crescent dough sheet and press gently to seal the seams together into a smooth base.
03 - Spread some shredded cheese over the entire sheet. Line a sausage along the edge (slice lengthwise if it's curved), then roll it up snugly. Make sure to pinch the ends closed.
04 - For the second roll, repeat the same steps using the second dough sheet. Spread cream cheese on half the surface instead of the shredded cheese this time.
05 - Cut the rolled dough into slices about ¾ inch thick. Lay them flat on the baking tray.
06 - Mix all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Brush this over the rolls and top with poppy seeds.
07 - Pop the tray into the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the rolls turn golden brown and crisp.
08 - Serve them warm alongside your favorite dips, like mustard or ketchup.
