Korean BBQ Meatballs Mayo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
08 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 egg
10 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
12 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Spicy Mayo Dip

13 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
14 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
15 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
17 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything for the meatballs into a big bowl and blend it all together.
02 - Roll the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
03 - In a big pan, warm up some olive oil over medium heat. Fry the meatballs, turning them till they're browned all around.
04 - Stir together the dip ingredients in a little bowl until smooth.
05 - Plop the meatballs on a plate and pair them with the spicy mayo sauce for dipping.

01 - Feel free to swap for other ground meats.
02 - Sriracha level is up to you.
03 - Try it with rice or noodles on the side.
